Our 47th Annual Equal Opportunity Day Gala will be African formal attire and is themed “The Celestial Soiree”. It will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 7:00 pm at The Hyatt Regency Austin. This event serves as a momentous occasion to celebrate our collective achievements, acknowledge the challenges ahead, and renew our commitment to the vital work we undertake.

The Hyatt Regency Austin offers both Valet Parking and Self-Parking. These are the costs:
Valet Parking
- Overnight –
- 0–4 hours – $28.00
- 4–8 hours – $45.00
- 8+ hours – $59.00
- Oversized vehicles. This includes buses, RVs and any vehicle towing a trailer. This must be arranged in advance through the valet manager. – 200
Self-Parking
- Overnight – $52.00
- 0–1 hour – $14.00
- 1 hour – 28.00
- 3–6 hours – $38.00
- 6–8 hours – $45.00
